Honestly, moving kingdoms isn't very useful unless you're joining friends or a better alliance. Consider staying put and building up your city.
I moved to another kingdom using a Beginner's Teleport before my City Hall reached level 8. Just select the kingdom, find an empty spot, and bam, you're there!
You can migrate to another kingdom by using the 'Immigrant Passport' system. First, ensure you meet the required power level and other criteria for the kingdom you want to join, then purchase the passports with gems. Happy migrating!
