Joining friends in Warframe is a breeze! Just open your in-game menu, go to 'Communication,' then 'Friends,' and click on the friend's name you want to join. If they're in a mission, you'll see 'Join Session'鈥攃lick that, and you're in!
From personal experience, it's best to coordinate with friends ahead of time. Sometimes it's tricky to join mid-mission, so a little planning goes a long way. Happy hunting!
