Just ask them to send you a link to their game – click the link and boom, you're there.
First, you gotta be friends with the person. Then, go to their profile, and if they are in a game, you should see a ‘Join Game’ button. Click it and you’re in!
Honestly, the easiest way is to just ask them to invite you. Then you can just accept the invite.
If they have their privacy settings to allow followers to join, you can also follow them and join their game through their profile.
