Unfortunately, Team Harmony was never added to Pokémon GO. But you can still pick from Team Mystic, Team Valor, or Team Instinct. Maybe Harmony will show up one day!

Team Harmony doesn't officially exist in Pokémon GO! You can only choose between Team Mystic, Team Valor, and Team Instinct. Sorry to burst your bubble!
