Joining the Institute early in Fallout 4 isn't something you can do right off the bat, since the game's storyline progresses in a certain order. However, to get there as quickly as possible, focus on the main questline. Start with 'Act 1,' which will eventually lead you to 'The Molecular Level' quest. This is where you'll get to teleport into the Institute for the first time. So, power through those initial quests and you'll be rubbing elbows with the Institute folks in no time!

I rushed into the Institute super quick by just blasting through the main quests. Didn't side-track much. Trust me, it's more fun when you don't dilly dally.

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
