First, you need to download the Dev Server client from the War Thunder website. Once you have it, just log in with your Steam credentials. Easy peasy!
Just a heads-up: Sometimes the Dev Server isn't always open, so you gotta keep an eye out for announcements. When it's open, download the client and log in with Steam.
