Just build a simple doorway and keep the door closed. Settlers rarely, if ever, open doors to enter places. It's not foolproof, but it's the easy way out if you're not into complicated setups.

One trick I've used to keep nosy settlers out of my house is creating a designated entrance that only I can access. You can do this by setting up a powered door with a switch on the inside. Settlers can't operate switches, so you'll have a settler-free zone!

Elevate your game...literally. Build your personal space elevated without direct stairs leading up to it. Jump to get in, and remove the stairs after. Settlers don't do parkour!

Honestly, just accept your fate. Those settlers will find a way in no matter what. Might as well leave the door open and set out some extra plates for dinner.

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
