How to Keybind Cipher in Warframe
Went through this recently! Just hop into 'Controls' from the main menu, find the 'Use Gear Item' slot, and bind it to a key you can easily reach during mad panic hacks. Trust me, it saves missions!

Why even keybind it? Get good at hacking and save the slot for something else.
Just head to Controls in the settings menu and look for the 'Use Gear Item' option. Bind it to the key you want and you're good to go!
To keybind a cipher in Warframe, go to Options > Controls > Customize Key Bindings, then set your preferred key under 'Use Gear Item'. Hack away!
