From my experience, you'll need patience and the right mods. Hunt down thralls to gather murmurs, find the correct Requiem mods, and then take down that Lich, Tenno!
First, you gotta find out the required Requiem mods by collecting murmurs. Then, equip the mods in your Parazon and confront the Lich. Don't forget to use the right sequence when stabbing them!
