Aim for the lower glacis or the sides and rear of the turret. If you're in a tank destroyer with a high-penetration gun, target its gun barrel first to incapacitate it, then go for the kill!

Flank it and shoot its engine! That big beast isn鈥檛 turning around anytime soon.
Use a bomber and drop a 1000 lb bomb on it. Maus might be a tough cookie, but bombs make it crumble!
Honestly, just avoid it. If you must engage, bring friends and attack from multiple angles.
