I swear by my trusty Xoris and Vauban combo - the stunlock from Vauban's abilities keeps them in place while I dish out the damage. They don't stand a chance!
As a veteran player, I recommend using crowd control Warframes like Rhino or Nova. Rhino's Roar and Nova's Molecular Prime make short work of Acolytes!
Honestly, just go with your best weapons and focus firepower. They go down quickly if your build is solid.
