Just run. Seriously, those things are more trouble than they're worth. Focus on your objectives and avoid them if you can. Not worth the ammo or the risk, in my opinion.

Oh, the electric bees! What you wanna do is upgrade your EMP tool and catch them unawares, works like a charm. Also, keep an eye out for environmental hazards to lure them into. Sometimes, a well-placed explosive canister does the job better than any tool.
Ugh, learned the hard way. Definitely upgrade your tools. My buddy and I managed to take them down after realizing you can use the environment against them. A bit of strategy goes a long way.
