Just run. Seriously, it's not worth the resources to kill every Eyeless Dog you come across. Avoidance is sometimes the best strategy in Lethal Company.
To take down the Eyeless Dog in Lethal Company, teamwork is key. Make sure you and your buddies corner it, then go ham with melee attacks. If you've got explosives, those work wonders too. Remember, it's fast, so keeping it trapped or slowing it down is essential. Also, watch your ammo and resources; this beast can drain them quick if you're not careful.
Explosives. Lots and lots of explosives. There's nothing that a good old explosion can't solve when it comes to the Eyeless Dog.
