Honestly, if you see a Jumbo Sherman, try to avoid a frontal engagement and try to hit its lower glacis.
Flank! Get around those thick front plates and hit them in their juicy sides or rear. If you're in a plane, bombs and rockets work wonders.
Just use an 88mm gun from a Tiger. Problem solved.
