Definitely bring radiation and toxin weapons. Radiation for the shields, toxin for direct health damage. Try the Amprex or Tigris Prime.

Honestly, Valkyr in Hysteria mode can tear through high-level Corpus like butter. Just mod for survivability and watch them drop.
