Slash him with a melee weapon after his back cools down. Works like a charm.
Shoot the coolant tank on Lech Kril's back to overheat him, then shoot the exposed weak spot. Rinse and repeat till he's down!
I've soloed him with Ember using Fireball. Keep him on fire!
