Manics can be a real pain, but they hate bright lights! Use abilities like Excalibur's Radial Blind or Equinox's Rage to stun 'em. Trust me, it's a lifesaver.
Honestly, just use whatever hits hardest and keep moving. Manics are slippery, but a good heavy weapon or explosive frame should do the trick.
Don't overthink it. Just shoot the red glowing maniacs when they uncloak. Simple.
Go for Loki with Irradiating Disarm, it'll keep them confused and much easier to manage.
