How to kill Marowski in Fallout 4
Just talk to Hancock about Marowski. There's a questline that lets you take care of him without getting your hands dirty. Trust me, it's worth the extra steps for the rewards and less heat from his goons.

Why kill Marowski though? He's got connections. Use him to get what you want, then backstab him. The art of the deal, Fallout style.
Easiest way? Sneak up on him when he's in his office at the top of the hotel. Make sure you're stocked up on Stealth Boys and your best silenced weapon. Wait till the coast is clear, then bam - no more Marowski.
