Focus on hitting Lech Kril's backpack with a strong weapon. Once it's destroyed, aim for his back and dodge his heavy attacks. Easy peasy!

I found using a Warframe with good mobility helps a lot against Lech Kril. Avoid his ice attacks, and keep hitting the weak points, especially the coolant tank on his back.
