To knock off Paul Pembroke, you've gotta get your hands dirty in the Diamond City Blues quest. Make sure you're at the part where you deal with Marowski's chem lab. In the chaos, no one will bat an eye if Paul meets his untimely end. Just remember, actions have consequences in the wasteland!

Honestly, just shoot him when no one's looking. Most NPCs in Fallout 4 are easy to take out if you're sneaky enough. Paul Pembroke's no exception.

Paul Pembroke? Dude, just let him live. Killing NPCs without a good reason just messes up potential quests and rewards. Not worth it, IMO.
