You can kill the Reaper Leviathan with a Stasis Rifle and a Thermoblade. Freeze it with the Stasis Rifle, then go to town with the Thermoblade!

I've had some success with the Prawn Suit using the Drill Arm. It takes a while, but it gets the job done without putting yourself at much risk.

I once took out a Reaper Leviathan by ramming it repeatedly with my Seamoth. Not the most conventional method, but it worked for me!
