Spam him with ranged skills and dodging! Doesn't hurt to have a good melee weapon too. Team up with friends if you're struggling.
I beat him using the Light fruit, keeping my distance and hitting him with Light Beams. Stay mobile and avoid his saber slashes!
Just keep attacking from a distance, he'll go down eventually. Patience is key!
