To kill the Eidolon Vomvalyst, you need to use your Operator's Void Beam to first remove their shield, then switch back to your Warframe to finish them off with conventional weapons.

Use your Operator to zap its shield away with Void damage, then attack it with strong weapons. EZPZ!

Equip a sniper rifle like the Rubico Prime and aim for their head after disabling their shield with your Operator. Headshots are your best friend here.
