To kill the Queen in Warframe, focus on damaging the Kuva Guardians first! Use your Operator to strip their defenses and then blast away with your weapons. Once they're down, the Queen herself is much easier to take on.

Simple mate, use your Operator mode to weaken the Kuva Guardians, and then go ham on the Queen. Repeat and win!
