I found it easiest with Mesa for her insane DPS. Focus on the pylons, stun with the array, and just pour bullets into it.

Alright Tenno, to take down the Ropalolyst, bring a Warframe with crowd control and good survivability (e.g., Rhino or Nova). Use the zipline to avoid its beam attacks, shoot the pylons, and then ride it into the array to stun it. Rinse and repeat!
