Valkyr can be tough, but any frame with good crowd control or high burst damage should do the trick. Loki's invisibility works well too; just sneak up and go for a high-crit melee weapon.
Try using Excalibur's Radial Blind to keep her stunned and then hit her with your strongest attacks. Worked like a charm for me!
