Simple! First, check the box. Authentic Funko Pops have a clear font with no spelling mistakes. Also, peep the box's color; it should be vivid, not faded or off. The Funko logo and figure number in the series are always clear and in the same spots on real ones. Next, inspect the figure - the paint job should be neat, not sloppy. Real Funko Pops have smooth, well-applied paint. Another giveaway is the weight; fakes often feel lighter. Lastly, the bottom of the box or the figure itself should have a serial number. No number? Sus!

I got a fake once, and the biggest tell was the paint job. It looked like it was done in the dark! Real Funko Pops never have that issue, their paint is always on point. Also, the box felt flimsy. Always compare with pics from the official Funko app or website if you're unsure.

If you're a Funko Pop player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
