If you try calling them and it never goes through, they might have blocked you. Happens to the best of us!
Real talk: If you can't see their profile pic or 'last seen' info, you're probably blocked. End of story.
From my experience, when your messages only show one grey tick and calls won’t go through, you're likely on their block list.
