Try messaging them! If their profile pic turns into a default icon and messages don't go through, yeah...you've been blocked.
If you can't find them in search or see their profile anymore but can see their comments on old posts, you've probably been blocked, my friend.
If you can't tag them in a post or invite them to events anymore, it's pretty likely they've blocked you.
