Just flip it over and look for the shiny bits. If it shines, you're probably onto a winner.

First off, check the card's rarity symbol! Common cards have a circle, uncommon cards have a diamond, rare cards show a star. Ultra rares and secret rares have unique symbols and colors, like shiny stars or gold icons. Next, condition matters a lot – a mint condition card is worth more than one that's seen better days. Also, older, first edition, or cards from limited sets can be super valuable. And don't forget, current competitive playability can boost a card's value too!

Honestly, it's all about the market. What's hot changes all the time. Check online marketplaces or recent sale prices for the most accurate value.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
