Figuring out if your Pokemon card is in mint condition involves a few checks. First, look at the edges and surface for any wear or scratches. A mint card should be free of any imperfections. Next, check the corners to ensure they're sharp and not dulled or bent. The card's color and gloss should be vibrant, without any fading or discoloration. Finally, inspect the alignment of the card - a mint condition card should have even borders. Remember, even tiny flaws can downgrade a card from mint!

Just hold it up to the light and give it a good look. If you see scratches or marks, it ain't mint.

In my experience, people get too hung up on 'mint' condition. Unless you're planning to sell, just enjoy your cards! But yeah, for checking - bright light and a magnifying glass do wonders.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
