Easy! When you plug your PS4 controller into the console or a charging dock, the light bar on the top will glow orange. If it's pulsing, it's charging!

Check the light bar on the controller—if it’s glowing orange or amber, you’re good! If it’s not, you might have an issue with the cable or port.

Controller just flashes orange while charging. Simple as that.

From my experience, the PS4 controller shows an orange light bar when it's charging. If it turns white, it's done charging. Happy gaming!
