Just remember, if you get caught, examine the police statements. The rat's name will be there!
Look for characters who often have high morality or a 'Good' trait鈥攖hey're more likely to rat you out when things get sticky. Personal experience: lost a whole gang to one 'Good'-hearted buddy!
