Easy peasy! Finish War Within and then smack down a Kuva Larvling in level 20+ Grineer missions. Instant Kuva Lich!

To get a Kuva Lich, you need to complete the War Within quest. Then, just take down a Kuva Larvling, which spawns in level 20+ Grineer missions (look for the special red marker). Defeat it, and voila, you’ll have your very own Kuva Lich to hunt!

First, finish the War Within quest. Then, find a Kuva Larvling in any level 20+ Grineer mission, defeat it, and you'll get a Kuva Lich.

I did this last week! Just complete the War Within quest, hunt down a Kuva Larvling in a level 20+ Grineer mission, and defeat it. Now you’ve got yourself a brand new Kuva Lich to deal with!
