Just make your character do a bunch of dangerous stuff. Gambling in casinos, committing crimes, or just not going to the doctor when they're sick.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it. Enjoy the game, make better choices, and try to live a long virtual life instead!
I once tried robbing a bank multiple times until my character got caught and some bad things happened. So, that's one way.
