To launch the rocket, build the Neptune Launch Platform, create the rocket components (Neptune boosters, fuel reserve, cockpit, etc.), then board the rocket, hit the button to initiate the launch sequence, and enjoy the ride!
Built my rocket, hit that launch button, and watched it soar! Easy peasy in creative mode.
