Easy peasy! Just select an aircraft with rockets, switch to the rocket weapon, aim at your target, and press the fire button. Enjoy the boom!
Check your key bindings in the settings first. Sometimes the default key for launching rockets is different across platforms. Usually, it's spacebar or a trigger button.
