Launching Steam in offline mode is super easy! First, make sure you're actually connected to the internet (ironic, I know). Open Steam and log in to your account. Once you're in, click on 'Steam' in the upper left corner, then go to 'Go Offline...' Choose 'Restart in Offline Mode' and voila, you're all set to play your games without an internet connection!

Honestly, just keep it online. Offline mode is fine and all, but you'll miss out on updates and messages from friends. Plus, some games might not even work properly.
