You'll need to complete all stages of the rocket construction at the Neptune Launch Platform: gantry, boosters, fuel reserve, and cockpit. After finishing them, get inside the rocket, activate the terminal, and press the launch button. Congrats, you're off the planet!
I recently built this—make sure you get all the resources needed for each stage. It's a lot, but totally worth escaping that icy world!
