Sorry to burst your bubble, but Hogwarts Legacy doesn't actually let players learn the Unforgivable Curses. It sticks to a more PG-13 route, keeping its dark arts on the lighter side of dark, if that makes sense. But hey, there are plenty of other spells and potions to master that'll make you feel just as powerful!

As a Dark Arts enthusiast, I WISH we could learn the Forbidden Curses in Hogwarts Legacy, but alas, it's not in the cards. The game focuses on exploration and less on turning us into the next Dark Lord. But honestly, the amount of magic and mystery packed into the game more than makes up for it.

Nope, Hogwarts Legacy draws the line at teaching Forbidden Curses. They keep the dark arts academic, folks. Still, weaving through the storyline and casting all the spells the game does offer is a blast. Definitely not a deal-breaker!

Hate to be the one to tell ya, but no Avada Kedavra for you in Hogwarts Legacy. The game keeps things family-friendly, so those gnarly Forbidden Curses are a no-go. But trust me, there are loads of other cool spells and secrets to uncover that'll keep you hooked!

If you're a Hogwarts Legacy player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
