To headbash in Spyro, you gotta earn the ability first! In Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage!, you'll get it by paying Moneybags in Winter Tundra. After that, just jump and press the triangle button on PlayStation (or equivalent button on other consoles) to smash things up!
