Honestly, why leave desktop mode when you can do so much with it? Gaming mode is great, but desktop mode turns your Deck into a full-on PC!

Exiting desktop mode on the Steam Deck is pretty easy! Just hit the 'Steam' button to bring up the Steam overlay, then select 'Return to Gaming Mode' from the power menu. Voila, back to gaming in no time!
