Leaving a PUBG group is simple! Just open the game, go to the clan icon, find your name in the member list, and select 'Leave Clan'. Confirm and you're out! Easy-peasy!

I once accidentally left my group during a match - just click 'Leave Clan' under your profile in the clan menu. Painless exit.
