Exiting Steam Big Picture mode is super easy! Just hit the 'Exit' button (it looks like a power icon) in the top right corner of the screen. If you're using a controller, you can use the 'Guide' button to open the menu, then navigate to the 'Exit Big Picture' option. Boom, you're back to normal Steam view!

I always just hit the power icon in the corner. Never had an issue getting out of Big Picture mode that way.
