To leave your Warframe after TWM, hold down the ability button you assigned to Transference (usually '5'). You'll switch to your Operator form instantly. Happy Tenno-ing!

After completing The War Within, just press your Transference button (default is '5' on PC) to hop out of your Warframe and control your Operator. Cool stuff, isn't it?
