Honestly, just grind. Trade with Nakak as much as you can. There's no secret trick.
Just farm tons of fish and gems in the Plains of Eidolon. That's what I did and Nakak loves me now!
The best way to level up trust with Nakak is by trading them masks and other trinkets for Standing. The more you trade, the more trust you'll build.
