Take your gear to Hydron on Sedna or Draco on Ceres. These defense missions are great XP farms, especially with a coordinated team!
Honestly, the quickest way is to equip the weapon you want to level and play in squads with someone using an XP booster. It speeds up the process by a ton.
Forget everything else, soloing Adaro on Sedna with stealth kills using a stealth frame like Ivara gives crazy XP. Try it!
