Once inside, walk up to the dumbbells, and a prompt will pop up telling you to press a certain key (usually the action key, often 'F' or 'Enter') to start lifting. Then, it's all about hitting that key rhythmically to lift and build CJ's muscles. Remember, your gym game is as important as your street game in San Andreas!
