Had to learn this the hard way, but yup, you need a generator or some sort of power source. Then wire it up to your neon sign. Also, don't forget to actually turn on the generator. Spent hours wondering why my sign wasn't working till I realized the generator was off. ?

To light up neon signs in Fallout 4, you gotta make sure you have a power source hooked up first. Neon signs need electricity to shine! So, set up a generator, then connect it to the sign using wires. You might need to use power pylons or conduits to extend your reach. Once everything's connected and your generator's on, your sign should light up the wasteland night like a Christmas tree!

Just connect them to power, lol. It's like plugging in a lamp. No biggie.

Eh, too much hassle. I just stick to torches and gunfire to light my way.

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
