How to Limit Past Posts on Facebook
You can limit past posts by going to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Your Facebook Information > Limit Past Posts. This will change the audience of all your past posts to Friends.

Simple! Head to Settings, click on Privacy, then 'Limit Past Posts,' and you're good to go!
Go to Settings & Privacy, then Privacy Shortcuts, then 'See more privacy settings'. From there, click on 'Limit the audience for past posts' and confirm!
I did this last week! Just hit up the Settings & Privacy menu, then go into Settings, and you'll see 'Limit Past Posts' under Your Facebook Information.
Don't want everyone lurking on your old posts? Limiting them is simple through your settings under 'Your Facebook Information'.
